eLearningDOC hosted its annual company retreat this month with a comprehensive agenda focused on collaboration and innovation. The work sessions delved into opportunities for increased productivity and performance enhancement—all geared toward ensuring client success in the upcoming year.

Staff augmentation to support Industrial Design course development
Unicon, a leading technology consulting firm, sought instructional designers with pedagogical expertise to support one of their largest accounts. They required assistance in developing online courses and augmenting their staff to meet the client’s online learning needs. eLearningDOC promptly assembled a team of experts, including instructional technologists, multimedia specialists, copywriters & copy editors, and quality assurance specialists, all led by instructional design PhDs.
eLearningDOC’s provision of instructional design expertise, staff augmentation, and multimedia production services proved instrumental in supporting Unicon’s largest account. Through their collaboration, they successfully developed two fully online courses, produced 100 videos within a tight timeframe, and established a partnership for an ongoing yearly contract. eLearningDOC’s commitment to pedagogical excellence and timely delivery solidified its position as a valued partner for Unicon in meeting its client’s online learning needs.
