Stepping into our third year in business, we are excited to be recognized as a women-owned and operated organization. This significant milestone is an additional compliment to our already diverse and accomplished team, and we celebrated this at our end-of-the-year retreat in December.
Our goal for 2024 includes making eLearning accessible to a broader audience.
In line with our mission to make top-notch eLearning accessible to a broader audience, our goal for 2024 includes redoubling our efforts to secure more publicly funded projects. We are also excited to add a robust mix of client-centric initiatives, including our Client-Success Manager role. In our educational outreach, we have planned engaging webinars, micro-courses, and events to offer more value-added to our cherished clients.
Looking forward, the enduring impact of comprehensive learning experiences remains at the heart of our journey into the future.
We anticipate 2024 to be an exciting year for eLearning as we lean into advanced technology, personalized learning, and immersive experiences. Making professional development training interesting, engaging... and even fun!
Professional development often receives a bad rap because the lessons are often painfully dry, dull, and unengaging. It is no wonder so many people shudder with dread at the mere thought that another required professional development training course is scheduled on the calendar.

Edgar Dale's Cone of Experience is not to provide precise percentages of retention for each learning method but to illustrate the general idea that learners tend to retain information better through active and experiential learning compared to passive forms of instruction (such as reading or sitting in a lecture) (Dgebuadze, 2017).

Our team retreat focused on new avenues for learning

In December, eLearningDOC gathered in Ohio for an all-hands retreat. The event was an important face-to-face opportunity to bring our instructional design leaders together with customer service, sales, and marketing teams. The guiding focus was on serving our clients in 2024.
The team tackled a comprehensive agenda focused on collaboration and innovation. Work sessions included fostering an environment to explore avenues for heightened productivity and performance, aligning the workforce towards collective excellence.
Our partners Strategic Systems, Inc. and Pandata Group were also participating, respectively, contributing tech-based solutions and robust data management capabilities to the conversation.
