Greetings from the CEO:
The heart of innovation is in the expertise of our exceptional instructional design team.
The expertise of the instructional design team is at the heart of effective online learning programs. Having worked both in higher education and business for several decades, I have collaborated with many instructional designers. From these valuable relationships, I have had the good fortune to assemble an exceptional leadership team, each holding a doctoral degree or ABD in education/instructional design. At eLearningDOC, we affectionately call them the "Docs."
The Docs' collective expertise and advanced pedagogical knowledge approach learning design with a deep understanding of educational principles.
The Docs' collective expertise and advanced pedagogical knowledge enable us to approach your eLearning programs with a deep understanding of educational principles and critical analysis. We work as a team alongside our subject matter experts to design content rich in innovative teaching methods and technologies that appeal to learners. We believe when learning programs are created using pedagogically sound instructional design, the quality and positive impact on the learners increases exponentially.
Please enjoy our latest blog post to learn more about what our instructional designers do.
Warm regards,

News from the Docs:
Instructional Designers are architects for learning
Here's a peek at what instructional designers do.
When you hear the words instructional designer, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Most often, people have a blank stare and have no idea what instructional designers are or what they do. Other times, people look at both words individually and make assumptions based on the literal meanings of each. Even instructional designers often struggle to explain what we do without simplifying or overcomplicating our roles for others. This blog will explore what an instructional designer is and how their roles are important for organizational success.
The essence of instructional design lies in its careful planning, organization, and comprehensive execution of projects.
To provide a brief definition, instructional design is the art of educating using the psychology of learning theories and pedagogy (Reigeluth, 1983). In addition, instructional design aims to enhance the human learning experience using design principles combined with technological tools.
