Greetings from the CEO:
October conferences provided pivotal insights from colleagues across diverse businesses and industries.
Dear eLearningDOC Community,
I trust this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As the CEO of eLearningDOC, it is my pleasure to share some exciting highlights and insights from the conferences I had the privilege to attend in October – the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), DevLearn, and the National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE).
These events provided valuable opportunities to connect with professionals from diverse industries and markets. Meeting new people and engaging in meaningful conversations with our clients was truly remarkable. It reaffirmed the importance of face-to-face interactions and the power of building relationships within our community.
That common thread is the pressing need for creating more engaging and interactive training and development programs firmly rooted in adult learning pedagogy.
What struck me the most during my time at these conferences was the common denominator that unites all industries, regardless of their unique challenges and goals. That common thread is the pressing need for creating more engaging and interactive training and development programs firmly rooted in adult learning pedagogy. In every conversation I had, whether it was with manufacturing leaders at AME, eLearning enthusiasts at DevLearn, or workforce education advocates at NCWE, the consensus was clear: organizations are recognizing the importance of delivering training that resonates with adult learners. It's not just about checking boxes; it's about empowering employees with skills and knowledge they can apply in their roles effectively.
At eLearningDOC, we have always strived to be at the forefront of this movement. Each industry has unique challenges, compliance requirements, and workforce dynamics. Our commitment to tailoring solutions to meet these distinct needs remains unwavering. Our team of experts continues to push the boundaries of eLearning design and development, ensuring that our clients receive training solutions that are not only engaging and interactive but also rooted in sound adult learning principles. The conference engagement, sustainability, Industry 4.0, LEAN fundamentals, and leadership. eLearningDOC enjoyed talking with participants about fulfilling their needs for continuous improvement through the use of eLearning programs that serve their employees, customers, communities, and the environment.
It was also great to connect with our industry friends like Sara Kadon O'Hara from TheAssociation for Manufacturing Excellence (AME)!
Client Success Spotlight:
Creating an Effective Manager's Onboarding Kit
We greatly appreciate receiving feedback from our clients regarding their experiences with our work. Here's a note from Joan M. Capua, the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Taylor & Francis Group, sharing her thoughts on the training module we developed for onboarding their new employees.
"I found eLearningDOC, as well as many others I considered, through research online. The CEO was easily accessible and answered my laundry list of questions since it was to be my first experience with eLearning.
Angela generously shared her time with me and provided important questions to ask whichever provider I chose. These questions were very helpful in guiding me in making the best choice to partner with eLearningDOC.
From day, one eLearningDOC set me up with a project team of designers—one of the key requirements to coordinate with different global stakeholders of varying preferences. Some of the challenges that eLearningDOC faced were our varying design formats, long waits for our input, and needing guidance on the right platform for our needs—Kristen held it all together.
The final result met with the approval of all our stakeholders. The result—an engaging, visually exciting, easy-to-navigate program that has been our foundation for recruitment skills.
I highly recommend eLearningDOC!"
